Yesterday Scandinavia, today Rosenheim and tomorrow at the Adriatic Sea: If you heard Vroni Holzmann play piano last week on the Max-Josefs-Platz you got to enjoy ragtime, jazz and boogie woogie, performed by the former Rosenheim resident who now lives in Scotland and is currently touring Europe. Her little Steingraeber piano has already been seen and heard in Oslo, Stockholm, Riga, Constance, Vaduz and many other cities.
"The piano is of very solid build with a strong metal frame, it doesn't actually go out of tune very quickly", says Holzmann. She had a lot of luck this summer with the weather though and was able to play in most of the towns she had planned to visit. She had been particularly looking forward to her home performance in Rosenheim.
"It is especially great to play here, passers-by are interested and listen for a long time. It is fun and I was just really lucky with the weather."
